RFH 5w UV laser marking silicone material, clear and non-fading
Silica gel is a granular, glassy, porous form of silica prepared synthetically from sodium silicate. Silica gel is harder than common household gels like gelatin and agar. It is a naturally occurring mineral that is refined and processed into either granular or beaded form. As a desiccant, it has an average pore size of 2.4 nanometers and has a strong affinity for water molecules.
Silicone has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, easy cleaning, long life, environmental protection and non-toxicity. Laser marking has created more possibilities for the surface shape of silicone. Today, RFH will briefly introduce laser marking silicone with a 5w ultraviolet laser as an example.
At present, the 5w ultraviolet laser used by RFH emits a light spot of 355nm. The ultraviolet laser is a cold light source with good beam quality and little impact on marking. It is very beneficial to reduce production scrap rate and greatly helps in improving production efficiency.
First of all, RFH laser marking uses high energy to burn silica gel, so the smaller the heat-affected area on silica gel, the greater the use of silica gel material, resulting in greater production benefits.
Secondly, the RFH UV laser can omit the follow-up processing of marking. Unlike the traditional ink marking process, it does not need to be dried, does not need to be changed, and does not need to be cleaned to keep the silicone color from fading.
In addition, the RFH UV laser is an integrated design, which can be applied directly without worrying about how to match the power supply components, and can process a variety of silicone products, even food-grade silicone.
RFH has been deeply involved in laser technology and R & D and production. From the beginning of procurement to the delivery of products and continuing to product after-sales service, RFH has exported high-quality technology and contributed to the progress of China's laser technology.
