"Chasing the light is the central theme of human spirit. Here, the so-called 'light' is both a natural existence and a symbol of the spirit. Every kind of 'light' requires us to feel it with our hearts and lives, to discover it, to pursue it.

On September 18th, RFH Laser announced the results of the employee photography contest, congratulating RFH Laser on the successful completion of the first employee skills competition! The theme of this competition was: 'Light and Shadow Through the Lens' Using photos to capture every beam of light, this is inseparable from you and me, from daily life, and from the growth and transformation of RFH Laser.

The participating members not only experienced the joy and charm of photography, but also enhanced friendship and trust through collaboration and competition!"

Photography Contest Rules & Award Setup

This contest received a total of 76 entries. After careful scoring and selection by the judging panel, one winner each was selected for the Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Best Creative awards.

The competition consists of a preliminary selection and a final round. During the meticulous screening process, each entry showcased the passion and attitude of RFH Laser employees towards life and work, making it truly difficult to make a decision.

The judging panel consisted of 6 experienced employees from different departments. They conducted detailed observations and evaluations of each entry, assigning scores ranging from 1 to 10 based on criteria such as photography technique, creativity, thematic expression, and storytelling.

This contest encourages all participants to use their lenses to authentically capture the moments of life, objectively reflecting real people, real events, true emotions, and genuine scenes. It emphasizes showcasing life in its original form and complete process, freezing and sharing the moments, reminiscing about the streams we've crossed, the landscapes we've seen, the smiles on our lips, and the little details of life. The award-winning entries of this competition are not confined by form or theme, yet without exception, they are all impressive and eye-catching.

Among these works, they are filled with hope and strength, giving people warmth and touching their hearts, one can also sense freshness and joy from the frames, and even experience visual impact and aesthetics through unique perspectives. Without exception, they showcase the varied interpretations and expressions of light and shadow by RFH employees through the lens, representing the diversity and individuality of RFH team members!

The participants in this contest are mostly young people born in the 1990s or 2000s. These young individuals bring fresh blood and energy while injecting new ideas and perspectives into the company.
