In the past, the toothpaste tube body was made of metal element aluminum, and now the toothpaste tube body is mostly composed of polyethylene, such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate), EVOH (ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer) These materials are environmentally friendly, have strong oil resistance, organic solvent resistance, and high mechanical strength, elasticity, surface hardness, etc., and are especially suitable for use as toothpaste tubes.

 

Ultraviolet laser light source has the advantages of short wavelength, high single-photon energy, good focusing performance, and small spot area, and can be used for high-precision material cutting, drilling, engraving and marking. Especially for some non-metallic materials and polymer materials, when using ultraviolet laser processing, the essence is not heat treatment, but a highly focused high-energy density beam acts on the surface of the material to break the molecular bonds and separate from the object. This way No high heat is generated, the heat affected zone is small, and no surface damage occurs, so it is called cold working.

The marking lines are thin, and information such as toothpaste production date can be clearly marked.
