The sandblasting process has a fast processing speed and is suitable for mass production. Substance, which melts and evaporates the surface substance, is a thermal processing method, which is easy to leave large cracks on the surface and affect the fineness of the engraving;

 

According to industry rules, the dimensional tolerance of 1mm is allowed in the glassware manufacturing process. For the sake of beauty, glassware is also designed into various exquisite irregular shapes. The size, shape and position of the logo or customized pattern printed by the customer are also very strange. In addition, how to increase production capacity, reduce unit product cost and how to balance between quality and productivity are also the pain points that major companies are concerned about, etc., which pose severe challenges to the entire UV laser marking system; generally applicable to UV laser marking systems for a wide range of other industrial applications will not be up to the challenge if they are not optimized and retrofitted.
