Large-format laser marking is mainly aimed at customers with large-area marking needs. Due to the different areas, the lasers used in the workpiece materials are also different. In the process requirements of large-area marking, the power intensity changes continuously with the material and area of the workpiece.

 

Mr. Chen, a customer from Guangdong, drove to RFH's production headquarters yesterday, hoping to inspect RFH's high-power ultraviolet laser Expert III 355.

 

Different from ordinary large-format lasers for marking, RFH high-power UV lasers also meet the requirements and needs of large-format marking despite their small size.

 

The ultraviolet laser emitted by the high-power ultraviolet laser can quickly scratch the surface of the material. Although it is small in size, it can move freely on a large area, and this movement is not random but directional. The RFH UV laser has a unique positioning function, which can help the laser determine the position of the drawing input, and can achieve an accuracy of about 0.02mm even on a large surface.

 

In addition, the marking speed of RFH high-power ultraviolet laser is extremely fast and the stability is super strong, which can complete the marking of large-format materials at a very fast speed, which meets the shortcomings that the same type of small ultraviolet laser cannot meet.

 

What is Expert III 355 series UV diode-pumped pulsed solid-state laser? It adopts unique laser cavity design, acousto-optic Q-switching technology, and high-precision cooling system, with small size and high integration. It has short pulse width (<20ns@40k), superior beam quality (M²<1.2) and perfect spot characteristics (spot ellipticity>90%).
