The environment, temperature and humidity of the processing site should meet the standards. Try to keep the ambient temperature at 10℃-35℃ to ensure that the place is clean and tidy, and the work surface should also be kept tidy to ensure that the processing materials are not polluted.

2. The customer must provide the main power supply to support at least 2500W AC single-phase power supply, and the main power cord of the equipment provided by our company must be installed on an air switch for protection, and the use of triangular plugs is strictly prohibited.

3. Before processing, the UV laser marking machine should be inspected as a whole, and the cooling system, optical path system and field ytterbium of the machine should be maintained. Ensure the normal work of each system and ensure the processing effect.

5. It is recommended to use deionized water for cooling water in the circulating water tank. If there is no deionized water, distilled water can be used instead; the circulating cooling water should be replaced in time after a period of use (it is recommended to change the water at least once every two weeks), so as not to affect the laser efficiency.

Compared with other types of marking machines, the UV laser marking machine is more expensive, and the power of the UV laser marking machine is small, so it is not recommended for customers to use it to mark metal hardware and other products that require high power. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the usual operation precautions and equipment maintenance, so as to bring greater profits to users.
