Product as advertised. For someone with no experience or any idea about uv laser, I managed to get carvings on the glass and ceramic. Lots of trial and error with figuring out what settings to use for different ceramic projects. Machine running 24 hours continuously on testing sample materials with no problems. it will work beautifully.
