I'd like to say its my first uv 355nm Laser cutter/engraver.

The Good part:

is a great laser machine. cuts great, ready to cut just out of the box. nicely shipped.

and the customer service has been really good.

Working area is good for basically everything if you run a small 

Overall Good machine but keep in mind is for beginners on the laser world.
