Affected by the large-scale cold air in the country recently, there are obvious cooling phenomena in various regions. The temperature of the laser water cooler is too low, which may cause the water cooler pipeline to freeze. The cooling water pipeline is ruptured or deformed due to volume expansion inside the laser, resulting in major damage to the relevant core components. To ensure the normal operation of the laser
Try to ensure that the ambient temperature cannot be lower than 5 degrees Celsius to meet the normal use conditions of the laser, so as to avoid failure or affect the stability of the laser performance. Avoid freezing the laser water cooler in a low temperature environment.
1. The recommended method to prevent icing is to keep the water cooler and laser in an environment with a temperature above 0 degrees Celsius.
2. If the above conditions cannot be met, please keep the laser and the water cooler on. If the water in the pipe is always flowing, it can prevent freezing. Of course, in this case, if the water cooler is shut down for a long time due to a fault or a power outage, there is also a certain risk of freezing.

3. During the Spring Festival and other holidays, if the above two points cannot be achieved, the water in the water tank and pipeline of the laser and water cooler can be emptied as much as possible.
4. If the above methods cannot be done, you can add antifreeze.

1. Refill the water after returning from the holiday, and be sure to exhaust the water pump before starting the machine, otherwise the water pump will be damaged.
2. For the water cooler with antifreeze added, please pay attention to replace it with normal cooling water after winter, and change back to the original parameters. Before changing the water, please completely flush the antifreeze in the entire water tank and pipeline, and then change the water normally. Replace the deionization cartridge at the same time as the water change.

If the water cooler and laser are not used for a long time
In this case, it is necessary to empty the water in the two water tanks and pipelines as much as possible. Please pay attention to the following matters:
1. First, release the water in the water tank of the water cooler according to the usual method;
2. Empty the water in the water cooler pipeline as much as possible. Remove the water pipe from the water cooler, and use compressed gas to ventilate the 4 water inlets and outlets respectively until the water in the water cooler pipeline is basically drained.
3. After removing the upper and lower quick-insertion water pipes of the deionization barrel, use compressed gas to blow from top to bottom to blow out the residual water in the deionization barrel. Then connect the upper and lower quick-plug water pipes back to the ion barrel. This basically ensures that the deionization barrel will not freeze and crack due to freezing.
4. Remove the water pipes of the water inlet and outlet at the laser end, and use compressed gas to ventilate the 4 water inlets and outlets respectively, until the water in the internal waterway of the laser is basically discharged.
5. Finally, drain the water in the laser and other water pipes outside the water cooler.
