UV laser marking machine has problems due to improper use during use, so what should we pay attention to in normal use?

1. Do not hit the laser on the skin or look directly at it.

2. The use of UV lasers has a certain frequency pulse width and current range. If the range is exceeded, it will be unstable or easily damaged.

3. The basic condition for the laser to work is that the chiller works normally. If the cold water does not work normally, the laser will be damaged. It should not be too hot in summer. The ambient temperature exceeds 35 degrees, which will affect the stability of the equipment. In winter, it is necessary to add antifreeze to prevent frost cracking. The chiller needs to be cleaned and dusted regularly every month, and the water needs to be changed.

4. The optical lens part of the laser is a device that is sensitive to pollution. If there is pollution, it needs to be cleaned in time. The use of pollution will burn the lens.

Maintenance of UV laser marking machine:

Under normal circumstances, the marking speed of the UV laser marking machine should be as appropriate as possible. If high-power marking is required, the speed should be reduced as much as possible. If low-power marking is required, an attenuator should be used to ensure that the laser works in a stable state.
