Installation requirements of laser marking machine:

01 Laser marking machine should be as clean as possible, 10°C to 35°C environment, keep dry, dust-free optical equipment. It is usually necessary to ensure an independent closed-door seminar. In order to ensure the indoor temperature, the floor should be painted or tiled, and air-conditioning should be installed;

02 The customer should provide the main power supply to support at least 2500w single-phase AC power. The equipment we provide must be installed in the power air switch for protection; the use of triangular plugs is strictly prohibited.

03 The main power supply provided by the customer must be on the ground, and it is strictly forbidden to connect to the virtual!

04 It is best to use deionized water circulating water tank for cooling water. If there is no deionized water, you can replace distilled water; the circulating cooling water should be replaced in time after using for a period of time (water for at least two weeks is recommended) to avoid affecting the laser efficiency.

Precautions for using the marking machine:

01 It is strictly forbidden to touch the surface of optical components by hand. Cotton yarn and hard objects are forbidden to blow the components with mouth. Only ears can be used to remove dust and pollution. Use long-fiber absorbent cotton or lens paper to wipe gently.

02 Laser marking machine is a kind of light, electromechanical technology as an emerging discipline, its precision equipment, operation and maintenance personnel must have professional knowledge and skills. Regularly maintain and check whether the media diaphragm is clean, whether it is out of adjustment, whether the laser rod end is contaminated, whether the water tank is clean, etc.

03 Ensure that the equipment can be effective; run for a long time, 20 hours of downtime every 8 uses; (or when the equipment is not in use, please shut down in time), to ensure that the equipment can be effectively destroyed, to prevent long-term downtime caused by long-term overheating of the equipment Machine use.

04 The requirements for optical components in the equipment environment are relatively high, the air humidity and dust should not be too large, and there is no strong source of interference and vibration. Laser marking machine installation conditions usually need to be maintained; an independent closed workshop, the floor should be floor paint or ceramic tiles, it is recommended to install air conditioning.
