Very good information given by the sales representative . Answered all my questions and gave me a good advice what to buy. During the shipment a small switch broke but I could get help immediately and the laser was configured to work properly. The laser works like expected and anytime I need some help a get I my questions answered very quickly. Help was also offered in finding proper settings for different materials. I only can recommend the laser and the supplier.
