I have a week of using it with it and the truth is I am not an expert to rate the optimal quality of the machine, I am anxious to know in its entirety how to use it to cut metal sheets smaller than 1mm and engrave rings. The sales assistant has been very kind and all the time answering my questions, regarding the assistance I am not totally satisfied, they have attended me correctly but with very common limitations and answers regarding the initial configuration and adjustment of the lens. I think a good comment is that I recommend them beyond the limitations.
