Long story short, I'm really happy with the five 3W 5w 10w 355nm laser, it runs really well and the I've found the software RFH easy to follow. Any questions I had were answered promptly and when you contact the help desk, it's Mike that responds and his suggestions are simple to follow and always right on point. If you're thinking about getting into laser , I highly recommend RFH.
