Although the etching quality is very good and very sharp, I always want a deeper harder image. I am looking forward to a higher power laser in the next model.  Speaking of the APP/Software Package, it has improved by leaps and bounds but it still needs refinement and polishing off the hard edges i.e. being able to digitize your own graphic creations and etching them onto your custom surfaces.
