We purchased a 35w green laser through RFH laser. The service was perfect! He constantly communicated when parts arrive, and where the machine was at in the build process. I was sent pictures during the build, and videos after the build was completed in their testing process. The machine arrived ahead of schedule and I had it up and running the next day. We have ran over 1,000 double sided engrave tumblers on this in the past month and they have all been perfect! We will be purchasing our next laser from RFH Laser.
