The general advantages of using laser marking are no consumables, low cost, high degree of automation, safety and environmental protection, no need to worry about process pollution such as silk screen printing or electrical corrosion, and at the same time, non-contact processing can effectively avoid external forces. And through platform integration, there is no need to manually load and unload materials, saving labor costs and work intensity, and greatly improving production efficiency.

 

Of course, marking only metal nameplates is a pity for this laser. Due to the high absorption rate of many materials for 355nm UV laser and the high single-photon energy of UV laser, this laser can also be used for most The marking of plastic, film, glass, ceramics, jade and other materials has a good marking effect.
